How to Use

Use care when opening jar- if stored in a warm place Garden Nectar will become liquid.
For best results Apply Garden Nectar a minimum of twice daily to your freshly washed Garden. Go easy, a little bit goes a long way. Massage Garden Nectar into all the lovely folds and petals, as well as internally in and around the vaginal walls. Contract your pelvic floor around your finger to be sure to reach all the sensitive places.
