I have been using Garden Nectar for over a year now and am so grateful I tried it. I bought it because after menopause I was not producing much natural lubrication and the tissue around and in my vagina got sore easily with sexual activity. I tried water based lubes and found they dried out quickly and became sticky. I then tried silicone lube which felt too slippery and I did not like that the ingredients are not *natural. None of the lubes offered any healing benefit either. Since I have been using Garden Nectar my vaginal tissue is no longer tender and I can enjoy sex without pain or discomfort. I started using Mahara’s Wise Woman’s Secret Garden Nectar over a year ago and I love it.
